Dr Mandela Ayodele ASEBIOMO FCRSA, MCOF, MSTAN holds NCE (Maths/Chemistry), BSc (Chemistry Education), MEd, PhD (Science/Environmental Education). Born in Ikere Ekiti and educated at Amoye Grammar School, Ikere Ekiti; College of Education, Ikere Ekiti; University of Lagos, Akoka; and University of Ilorin, Ilorin respectively. A season classroom teacher who has taught Basic Science and Technology, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in many State and Federal Government Colleges across the Country. He also lecture relevant courses in some tertiary institutions across the Country. He is a member of many National and International academic organizations such as Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), Curriculum Organization of Nigeria (CON), Nigeria Academy of Education (NAE), Association of Evaluational Research and Evaluators of Nigeria (ASSEREN), International Conference of Collaboration of Education Faculties in West Africa (ICCEFWA), International Association of Research Scholars and Administrators (IARSA), World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) among others. He is an Assessor/Reviewer to many National and International Journal such as Journal of Research and Educational Development (JORED), Academic Journal of Research and Educational Development (AJORED), Journal of Curriculum and Instruction (JCI), International Journal of Research and Innovations in Social Service (IJRISS), International Journal of Research and Scientific Innovation (IJRSI), International Journal of Latest Technology in Engineering Management and Applied Science (IJLTEMAS) and currently the Editorial Board Secretary to AJORED and Managing Editor to IJRSA. He has served in the past as Secretary General to Association of Senior Civil Servant of Nigeria (ASCSN) FGC Kwali Branch, Chairman to Academic Staff Union of Research Institute (ASURI) NERDC Chapter in addition of being Secretary and Chairman to many Socio-Cultural Associations in Nigeria. He is currently the Secretary General to International Association of Research Scholars and Administrators (IARSA). A certified Consultant to Commonwealth of Learning (CoL) on the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for blended Learning Practices. (Using Technology in Teaching Sciences). He presently has 10 academic books and 90 National and International publications to his credit. He joined the present place of work in 2007 as a Principal Research Officer. He has worked in the Special Program Centre (SPC), North Central Zonal Office of the Council and redeployed from the Zone as the Head to Curriculum Development Centre (CDC) at the Headquarter from where he went for One Year Sabbatical leave (Nov. 2018 - Oct. 2019) in the Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin. He became a Director of Research in January 1st, 2023 and subsequently redeployed to head Library and Informatics Centre of the Council. He loves traveling, farming, research and reading. He is an erudite scholar and Administrator who is married with children.
