Peter Terkula Anande, Esq. is a seasoned technocrat and Human Resource Manager per excellence. He is from Vandeikya Local Government of Benue State.

He attended Government Secondary School, Tsar, School of Basic Studies Makurdi and the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, where he obtain B.A.(Hons) in Administration.

His quest for acquisition of more knowledge and enlightenment spurred him to undertake a course in Law where he earned an LLB at the University of Abuja. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Abuja where he was conferred with BL in 2007. He is thus a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He also attended several Training and Capacity Courses at different reputable Training Institutes.

His wealth of experience span over several years of hard-work in both the public and private sector.He worked briefly at the defunct Nigerian Airways Kano, Victory Schools Idah, Benue State PRO Choice 92 Campaign Organization and Administrative Manager, DomTAS Nig. Ltd, Markurdi.

He worked at the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council Sheda as Administrative Officer, Head of Stores, Head of Procurement and Due Process Officer, Head of Appointments, Promotion & Discipline and later Welfare & Training Division. He is presently the Director of Human Resource Management Department.

Barister Anande is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration; Member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), among several others.

He is happily married with children.
